Dubai Internet City's Tecom Investment and Sama Dubai announced they would be investing US 300 million dollars in their first venture outside Dubai. Smart City Malta, currently under construction and expected to begin operating later this year will have 10 000 squared meters offices and will create 5000 new jobs related to knowledge based clusters.
